Easily accessible from Montreal, the Eastern Townships, and Centre-du-Québec, the region is also connected to several major cycling routes, such as the Route Verte, the Trans Canada Trail, the Great Lakes Waterfront Trail, and the Lake Champlain Bikeways. The start of the cycling season here is among the earliest in Quebec. From April through November, cyclists can fully enjoy this extensive network and its many routes.
