The Sentier du Paysan, a regional bicycle path, crosses the MRC territory from east to west, passing through the municipalities of Sainte-Clotilde, Saint-Patrice-de-Sherrington, Saint-Bernard-de-Lacolle and the Township of Hemmingford, and is the best-known agrotourism trail.

The Sentier du Paysan is an itinerary built on a former railway right-of-way. Running alongside farms, market gardens and wooded areas, this trail offers a serene, tranquil setting for those seeking to get away from the hustle and bustle. Built on a relatively flat surface and mostly in a straight line, it allows you to discover the magnificent landscapes of market gardens, woodlands, orchards and various crops grown in the area.
