La Grande Boucle is a major itinerary that reveals the Montérégie in all its splendour. Spanning several days and following the Route verte, this route links five of the region's most beautiful cycling trails, alternating roads and bike paths, and connects with Centre-du-Québec and the Eastern Townships. Between lush green fields, quiet waterways, welcoming farms, local markets and vineyards, La Grande Boucle offers a parade of varied landscapes.
A moderately demanding route, 2/3 bike paths and 1/3 shared roads. Ideal for intermediate cyclists. The route is pleasant and well-balanced, with several stops and services along the way.
