Le Ruban Bleu is an adventure that began 17 years ago, driven by one wish: to make the best goat cheese in Quebec. After being one of the first cheese factories that introduced Quebec to the taste of goat cheese, Le ruban bleu is today a committed company on a human scale, which now includes a delicatessen - cheese counter in Châteauguay, and a Café in Mercier. Producing the best possible products, developing a taste for good food and highlighting our terroir has always been at the heart of our aspirations and our actions, and it is not about to stop!
