The trails and roads on this stage cross the fields of the Garde-Manger du Québec. Cyclists descend the Châteauguay to return to the South Shore via Le Pré Ferré.
From the Récréoparc on the banks of the St. Lawrence River, cyclists can return to Brossard via La Riveraine, or head for Montreal via the Voie Maritime and Estacade trails.
With its negative elevation, this stage starts on the road, then joins the network of cycle paths. The beginning of the route requires sharing the road with vehicles.
