This stage begins along the Saint-François River, on the Circuit des Traditions, through woodlands and agricultural landscapes. From there, you'll take the quiet roads typical of the region, between farms and agricultural fields, in the direction of Yamaska, where you'll be in the heart of rural landscapes. The route ends on La Sauvagine as far as Sorel-Tracy.
Mainly asphalted section, combining rural roads and cycle path. The route follows La Sauvagine, fully paved, for around 12 km through farmland and woodland.
