Presentation
This section combines heritage, nature and gourmet pleasures. The route follows the Chambly Canal, surrounded by lush green landscapes. In Chambly, the basin invites you to stop and enjoy restaurants and boutiques, as well as Fort Chambly. The route ends in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, where the evening can be prolonged in Vieux-Saint-Jean, a lively and welcoming riverside venue.
Only on dedicated bike paths, with very little change in altitude. The Chambly Canal segment is made of rock dust.
