Fromagerie des Cantons

The Fromagerie des Cantons is located in the town of Farnham, beside the microbrewery. In order to respect the local loyalist tradition, we are the first cheese factory in Québec offering homemade cheeses using only Jersey cow milk (the little brown cow that produces chocolate milk !?!). Respecting responsible agriculture, Cousin Pierre's farm offers very high-quality ecological milk. This allows us to offer high quality cheeses made from raw and thermised milk from the greatest European traditions.
