Presentation
This flat circuit in southern Lanaudière runs along the L'Assomption, des Prairies and Mille Îles rivers. Ideal for discovering urban centers in a different way, it includes stops at Île-des-Moulins and Berge Olivier-Charbonneau. A great way to enjoy urban nature on a route accessible to all cyclists.
A flat, easy route (±108 m ascent), about 66 km long, through Repentigny, Terrebonne and Laval. It follows several rivers and urban parks, offering a safe route with portions of separated bike paths or low-traffic roads. Accessible to all cyclists, it includes several heritage attractions along the route.
