Absintherie des Cantons

Located in Granby, L'Absintherie des Cantons is a family-run business and the culmination of many years' work. Our products are slowly and carefully distilled in small batches. We use plants grown here in the Cantons and harvested by hand. Come and taste our two absinthes (Joual vert and Fleur Bleue), our two gins (Wendigo and Panoramix) and our Aquavit Belle-Isle.
