As you cross the Saint-Maurice River, you'll be treated to a respite with a superb view, by boarding the bateau-passeur (free). At Plage-Idéale park in the Lac-à-la-Tortue sector, it's time to return to your starting point, taking different routes for certain sections. A free pontoon boat provides a safe way to cross the river.
