Michelin 2025 - Our restaurant-wine bar offers a seasonal menu accompanied by our own imported natural wines, mainly from Central Europe. Deliberately locavore, our chef Isabelle Charest's fresh, instinctive cuisine showcases local produce with originality and finesse. The formula favors sharing and discovery. You can expect to be well guided by the knowledgeable, relaxed front-of-house team. The room seats twenty-five, mainly around the bar and kitchen counter. This configuration encourages duos, friends or lovers, for an aperitif or an intimate dinner. The atmosphere is subdued and music plays a central role.
