This tour allows you to enjoy exceptional proximity to the majestic Saint-Maurice River. For an even more magical experience, choose sunset. You can admire Île Gilbert and take a break at the Quai Dénommé-Goyette beach. Then continue on to the Hydro-Québec power station: climb up to the belvedere to overlook the river and discover the remains of the very first hydroelectric power station. You can retrace your steps or climb the hill on rue Beaumont for a slightly more strenuous adventure.
