With an altitude of 575 m and a vertical drop of 306 m, the site offers one of the finest panoramic views in the region. The network comprises 24 trails totalling 25 km (6 beginners, 7 intermediate, 8 advanced, 3 expert), combining machine-built and old-school layouts. There's also a beginners' park for children aged 12 and under, autonomous enduro riding, a lift operating on weekends, holidays and during the two-week construction vacation, a loft area with canteen and boutique, as well as youth camps and the Mont-Co Bike Fest.
