Parc du Saint-Maurice

There’s plenty to do at Saint-Maurice Park! Located at the end of the promenade of the same name, it’s a green oasis designed by the famous American firm Olmstead & Co., the same firm that designed Central Park in New York. A bike path runs through the park and continues into other parts of the city. The magnificent view of the river, along with playgrounds for children, water play areas, tennis courts, and picnic tables, are all great reasons to stop by and relax in the shade of the century-old trees. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, a place to retreat and read a good book, or even to meditate, you’ll find it here! In the fall, the colors are enchanting, and in the winter, it’s lovely to take a stroll along the snow-cleared path.
