Since 2011, La Belle Gousse has been based on a pretty country farmhouse in Saint-Damien, in the Lanaudière region. A project to grow autumn garlic has slowly taken root. Driven by the desire to offer a high-quality, healthy product, we opted for ecological cultivation, without pesticides or chemical fertilizers. The evolution of our business has naturally led us to emphasize the value of the product of the soil, by processing garlic and garlic flowers... in all their forms! Black garlic, long-life fresh garlic, dehydrated garlic and garlic flower, black garlic mayonnaise, pickled garlic, vinaigrette, pestos, gift wrapping, etc!
