Fromagerie Missiska - Boutique Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu

Fromagerie Missiska is an artisanal farm cheese dairy located in Bedford, in the Eastern Townships (Brome-Missisquoi region) and Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu (Montérégie).



It distinguishes itself by processing milk from its own herd of Jersey cows and milk from a Brown Swiss herd, renowned for its rich, creamy texture. In addition to offering its own products, Fromagerie Missiska has taken over seven emblematic cheeses from Fromagerie Au Gré des Champs: d'IBERVILLE, PÉNINGOUIN, BRUANT, MONNOIR, ADJUDANT, CARIGNAN-SALIÈRES and the famous FRÈRE CHASSEUR.
