Canadian leader and trailblazer in the production of certified organic cheese and butter. The main store is located in our production factory at the foot of the Laviolette Bridge in Bécancour. In addition to our daily fresh organic cheese curds, unique in Quebec, you will find all our cheeses, butters and many organic and regional products. You will also be able to taste our exclusive homemade soft ice cream, hard ice creams and artisanal sorbets made with ripe-picked fruits.
