Val Notre-Dame Abbey is located at the foot of Montagne-Coupée, on a wooded plateau overlooking the Rivière l'Assomption, in Saint-Jean-de-Matha. Since 2009, it has been home to a community of 24 Cistercian monks from Oka Abbey.
