This tour takes you through the rolling hills of the Lanaudière region, offering superb countryside scenery. You'll ride along the Rivière L'Assomption and Lac Cloutier, with a few good climbs and beautiful viewpoints. A swimming break at the Sainte-Émélie-de-l'Énergie municipal beach is an ideal midway point. An undulating 42.5 km circuit with a positive vertical drop of 655 m. Looped route on asphalt roads, mostly in forested areas. Passes through Sainte-Émélie-de-l'Énergie, along the Rivière L'Assomption and Lac Cloutier. One section on Route 131 (moderate traffic). Intermediate to advanced level. Ideal for cyclists seeking a challenge and natural scenery.
