The Siboire Depot, the first branch to open in November 2007, is located in the heart of downtown Sherbrooke in a historial building that once housed a train station. While being close to all the downtown attractions, the Siboire Dépôt offers a large, peaceful, floral terrace in the summer. The menu offers a variety of quality dishes and features its famous fish’n chips: a recipe proudly prepared by entrepreneurs trained by the National Federation of Fish Frier of England. With an unobstructed view of its production plant, the Siboire Dépôt will help you discover and appreciate the world of brewing with a vast selection of constantly evolving beers.
