Forged by nature and the heritage of a region. Cherry River Distillery is proud to be part of the new generation of Quebec distillers. We distill premium gins and vodkas, produce alcoholic sparkling waters and a whole collection of bitters and syrups with generous natural flavours. Driven by a love of spirits and creation, our team takes great pleasure in crafting the full flavour of Cherry River products and has made it their mission to bring together the richness of our aromatics, and years of tradition, to offer products crafted from selected ingredients that reflect the identity of a region. Our distillery will open its doors to the public at the beginning of summer 2021.
