Carbo Barbecue is a niche "American BBQ smokehouse" type restaurant. Established in 2019 in Duhamel, the restaurant specializes in smoker cooking. You can taste: Beef Brisket, pulled pork, pork ribs, beef short ribs and mac and cheese. Everything is homemade and served in a casual rustic atmosphere. Local beers and ciders are also served.
