The kitchen takes a no‑frying approach: every dish is slow‑cooked, roasted, or carefully prepared to preserve the ingredients’ natural richness. More than 75 percent of the ingredients come directly from Lebanon, including olive oils, olives, and a variety of artisanal products. Fresh pita bread, baked on site and served warm, completes the experience.
