At Bayrut, guests are invited to savour an authentic Lebanese dining experience inspired by the Mount Lebanon region, reimagined with a contemporary and refined touch. The kitchen takes a no‑frying approach: every dish is slow‑cooked, roasted, or carefully prepared to preserve the ingredients’ natural richness. More than 75 percent of the ingredients come directly from Lebanon, including olive oils, olives, and a variety of artisanal products. Fresh pita bread, baked on site and served warm, completes the experience. Designed for sharing, the menu celebrates classic mezzes and traditional dishes in a warm, intimate setting, enhanced by attentive service that embodies the generosity of Lebanese hospitality.
