Although the idea of opening a roasting house and a small café had been planned for several years, it was in the spring of 2020, in very special times, that the project took place. It is at that moment that we found a location, did renovations, training, purchases, procedures and…. opened the cafe! The artisanal roasting of carefully chosen coffees is done on site. Café/Boutique to stop, chat and savour.
