Sugar Hill Vineyard, located just steps from the village of Knowlton in Lac-Brome, is dedicated to crafting high-quality organic wines that are authentic and full of passion. The vineyard stands out for its meticulous and prolonged aging process of its vintages in French oak barrels, amphorae, and even bottles. In addition to its renowned extra-brut sparkling wine, La Grande Cuvée Pelechacz 2013, and its brut nature sparkling wine, La Cuvée Exceptionnelle Pelechacz 2011, the vineyard produces wines from grape varieties such as Chardonnay, Frontenac Blanc, Seyval, Saint Pépin, Vidal, Marquette, Frontenac Noir, Cabernet Franc, Petite Pearl, Pinot Noir, and Radisson.
