The first plantation of Vignoble Saint-Simon occured in 2012. The winery currently have 7000 vines which the principals grapes varieties are: Frontenac blanc, Saint-Pépin, Frontenac noir, Radisson and Marquette. The winery also dedicat itself to environmentally firendly vines culture. The winery is only accessible with reservation, you can join them at 450 779-0434. Go taste their wine!
