Take an urban stroll through downtown Gatineau along the Downtown Gatineau’s Culture Trail, a public art trail that can be explored in summer and winter, day or night. Starting at the Canadian Museum of History, explore some 30 public artworks, art installations, and points of interest that bring the heart of downtown to life. During the summer season, free guided tours are offered on Wednesdays at 5 p.m. and Saturdays at 10 a.m. to help you discover the works and artists along the trail. A separate trail dedicated to murals is also available so you can continue the experience at your own pace.
