Parc régional des Chutes Monte-à-Peine-et-des-Dalles

Located in the heart of the municipalities of Sainte-Béatrix, Saint-Jean-de-Matha, and Sainte-Mélanie, the Chutes Monte-à-Peine-et-des-Dalles Regional Park offers a complete outdoor experience in an exceptional natural setting. Its network of more than 26 km of marked hiking trails allows visitors to explore impressive waterfalls, suspension bridges, lookout points offering remarkable panoramic views, and a nature interpretive trail. Visitors can also enjoy tubing down the river during the summer season, while in winter, the park transforms into a playground for snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and fat biking.
