Marcheur des Bois specializes in the harvesting, processing and marketing of edible forest products. Our mission is to help you discover new local flavors through forest gastronomy. We offer thematic workshops at different times of the year.

We welcome small private groups by reservation. Thanks to our ForestoMobile, we can move our kitchen for special events and serve larger groups.

We also act as a forestry caterer on request.
