Les Cocagnes, in Frelighsburg, is a collective agro-ecological project where several young farms committed to sustainable and community-based agriculture co-exist. This unique place highlights local products using a country table, where guest chefs cook a five-course menu with food and wine pairings. For a friendly experience, the country aperitifs offer artisanal pizzas prepared with local harvests. The on-site boutique allows you to discover a selection of fresh, processed and ready-to-eat products. By promoting the sharing of resources, Les Cocagnes supports accessible and committed local agriculture.
