Mount Royal, affectionately called "the mountain" by Montrealers, is the city's emblematic green oasis. Les amis de la montagne are responsible for the protection of its heritage and environment.
Throughout the year, they offer a variety of activities and services: cross-country skiing, skate and sled rentals, cross-country skiing lessons, year-round guided hikes, exhibitions, concerts and cultural events.
Their conservation and education programs are also innovative alternatives for team building activities. Bringing together friends or colleagues on Mount Royal is a great way to give back to future generations!
