La Filière Mauricie - Champignons et comestibles des forêts is an NPO that structures the edible forest products industry in Mauricie and Quebec. We run MYCO - the meeting place for forest gastronomy, the SiLVA gourmet forest tables, the Sève network of nature and terroir restaurants, the many activities of our network of AEQ-accredited mycologist guides, ongoing training for businesses and the general public, and innovative educational programs for primary and secondary schools. Together, we create unique mycotourism and gourmet experiences, rooted in the local area.
