Our small boutique is the perfect place to discover our famous hot smoked salmon. Originally from Frelighsburg, the Gosselin brothers have succeeded in marketing a product by keeping the artisanal smoker on a human scale in order to control the quality and flavor that characterizes our hot smoked salmon. Our boutique will also allow you to discover some exclusive products in limited quantities and to discover new Quebec products. Closed on Sundays.
