Fromagerie Le Métayer is a must-visit cheese dairy. You will find artisan cheeses made on-site with 100% Canadian milk, without modified milk ingredients: fresh cheddar cheese curds, St-Cyprien garlic and herbs cheddar, salted cheese twists, fresh natural and seasoned cheese, Le Samson d'ici, L'Exil 1838 and Le Rang des étangs. Several fine Quebec and European cheeses are also available for purchase. Schedule: Open year round. Closed on Monday and Tuesday.
