Fondation Guido Molinari

The Guido Molinari Foundation promotes and perpetuates the creative work of painter Guido Molinari by setting up an exhibition, documentation, conference, education and creation center in his last studio, located in a former bank in the Hochelaga-Maisonneuve district. The organization's mandate is to maintain a reference museum for Molinari's work, and to promote the presentation of other contemporary and current artists in a way that resonates with the issues raised by his work. The Foundation is thus involved in theoretical debates, promotes transhistorical dialogues and offers artists and curators the chance to revisit bodies of art history with a contemporary eye.
