Ecocert-certified since 2008, Ferme Tournevent, located on the fertile plains of Hébertville, grows gluten-free grains and garlic on 1,000 hectares annually. From hemp and buckwheat to flax and camelina, this farm, located in the cradle of Lac-Saint-Jean, is also a member of Coop Nord-Bio and is now the ÉCONOMUSÉE des huiliers. As producer-processors applying the principles of sustainable development and the circular economy, the doors of their oil mill, specially fitted out for tours, are open to you to learn more about their know-how and, above all, taste their tasty cold-pressed oils!
Restaurants and food services participating in the Bienvenue Cyclistes! program provide passing cyclists with water, restrooms, a first aid kit, and information about the surrounding area. They also commit to offering the following adapted services
