Ferme Quatre-Temps

La Ferme des Quatre-Temps is an agricultural project inspired by the principles of agroecology. Present from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday during the summer at kiosk 132 in the Jean-Talon Market.



The farm's mission is to train the next generation of farmers while producing high-quality food in a responsible manner. We grow organic vegetables and raise beef cattle, pigs and chickens on pasture, respecting animal welfare. We also transform our meats and harvests into artisanal charcuterie and preserves.
