Ferme Boucherie le Sabot d'or is a diversified farm. During your visit to the farm, you can see our deer in their enclosure and learn more about them on the interpretation panels. You can take a guided or self-guided tour. In our boutique, you'll find a wide selection of products from the farm and surrounding area: venison, wild boar, lamb, pork, wild turkey, free-range chicken, chicken eggs (year round), duck eggs (summer), honey, lemon honey, lilac syrup, pâtés, terrines, jerkey, smoked meat from venison or wild boar, maple wild boar bacon, ham, garden herb pesto, black garlic BBQ sauce, black garlic, seasonal variations.
