Cidrerie Verger Ferland

Since 1960, Verger Ferland has been farming the same family-owned land in the heart of Compton. With more than 10,000 trees and about 20 varieties of apples, as well as pears and plums available for pick-your-own, every visit is a new discovery.



At the shop, you’ll find ciders, perry, ice cider, aperitifs, digestifs, and non-alcoholic ciders, as well as jellies, spreads, and processed goods made on-site. And you simply can’t leave without trying the must-try maple donuts!



Taken over in 2026 by a new generation of owners, supported by the previous owners, the orchard continues its family legacy with the same passion for sharing the bounty of the land.



Pick-your-own from August through October. Shop and ciderhouse open seasonally.
