This huge public space surrounded by trees is a perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. It also offers a superb view of downtown Montréal and fascinating historical remains. The two lines of stone running across the surface are one of the few spots in present-day Montréal where you can still see physical evidence of the old city walls.
