Experience a transformative adventure with the Lanaudière Native Friendship Centre's (LFNC) sports and outdoor program. Designed for members of aboriginal communities, this program is based on a holistic approach to health, integrating physical, emotional, mental and spiritual dimensions. Through stimulating challenges and activities rooted in sacred teachings, participants reinforce their pride in their identity, explore their strengths and work on emerging issues in a safe environment respectful of Aboriginal traditions.
