Carrefour culturel de Notre-Dame-des-Prairies

The City of Notre-Dame-des-Prairies is one of the few cities with fewer than 10,000 inhabitants who take the gamble to position themselves for culture. In recent years, the municipal council has announced its intentions and has taken steps to make its vision a reality, that of promoting access to culture and contributing to the professionalization of artists. The shows presented at the Carrefour culturel are all free, on a voluntary basis.
