Since 1970, Chez Constantin Grégoire has been making artisanal sweets and festive meals. Now it's up to the 3rd generation to carry on the tradition in their own way!
In spring, we devote ourselves entirely to our 1st passion, sugar time, with the production of our precious syrup in the sugarhouse and our traditional tablées at the cabin.
In autumn, we celebrate another local tradition: the season of colors with picnics at the maple grove. A seasonal menu with a touch of the Sugar Bush family, to be enjoyed outdoors in the heart of the sugar bush.
