Le Saindoux is a New School BBQ restaurant located in the former presbytery of Sainte-Marie. In partnership with Le Porc de Beaurivage, it celebrates quality local pork, raised with respect for animal welfare. Its mission: to offer a unique BBQ experience with every possible cooking method, local products, a festive country/classic atmosphere, and to put New Beauce on the culinary map.
