Presentation
With original production equipment, archival photos, and everyday household items, the Musée de la Vieille Fromagerie Perron brings more than a century of rural Quebec history to life. Through its exhibitions and activities, the museum highlights the close ties between agriculture, industry, commerce, and family life. Workshops, tastings, and educational programs invite visitors to experience this heritage with all their senses. True to its original architecture and period atmosphere, the museum eloquently bears witness to traditional craftsmanship and stands today as the last authentic example of these historic cheese factories still in operation.
