Presentation
Located in the Angus district, Terroirs offers an intimate dining experience that celebrates the best of Québec ingredients. Throughout the year, the restaurant curates a dozen distinctive menus, ranging from rustic countryside tables to creative urban collaborations. Rooted in local flavours and inspired by traditional home cooking, Terroirs showcases the region’s abundance through partnerships with about 30 producers — from Manowin oysters on Anticosti Island and La Cabottine’s wild plants in Gaspésie to the Jardin des noix in Saint-Ambroise-de-Kildare and Kenauk trout from the Outaouais. In 2026, Terroirs received the Debbie Zakaïb Award, recognizing its responsible dining model and its commitment to honouring Québec’s culinary heritage.
