Sabayon

Located in Pointe-Saint-Charles, Sabayon is a reservations-only restaurant from the creative minds of Patrice and Marie-Josée that offers an intimate and evolving dining experience. With only 14 guests welcomed at a time, each guest is made to feel as though they’re dining at a friend’s home. Tasting menus are available in the evenings on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Afternoon tea is served on Fridays and Saturdays at 2 PM. Sabayon sources its ingredients weekly from various producers, ensuring a seasonal and local menu. The wine list is primarily composed of private import wines, selected by agencies that discover talented small producers. Many Québec products are also featured on the wine and non-alcoholic beverage lists.
