Le Molière

Part of the newly revamped Espace St-Denis complex, Le Molière is an elegant new bistro specializing in gourmet French cuisine. Featuring a vast selection of French classics such as vichyssoise, seafood, pheasant and a variety of meat cuts, as well as some delightful surprises including gazpacho, tartares and tuna steak, there’s something for every taste. Top everything off with a delicious dessert accompanied by an aperitif, coffee or tea. The wine list features a great selection of French wines as well as Old Continent productions. A large room is available for private events.
