Le Filet

Montréal’s latest catch on the culinary scene is Le Filet, a fish and seafood bistro nestled in the heart of the Plateau on Mont-Royal Avenue. In a contemporary décor featuring shimmering brass, galvanized steel, natural slate, meaningful artworks, and an open kitchen, Le Filet serves up several tapas-style dishes, as well as larger plates made for two, including grilled octopus with marrow and cherry tomatoes, cavatelli with foie gras, surf ‘n’ turf, and escargot tartelette.
